How do I start a project?

What do I need to provide to get started?

To ensure the best possible result, we ask for a brief overview of your project. The more context you provide, the faster we can bring your vision to life. Ideally, this includes: Project Scope: A clear description of what you need. Creative Direction: Any inspiration links, mood boards, or style samples. Assets: Existing logos, specific images, or brand guidelines.

How long will my project take from start to finish?

Every project is unique, but we pride ourselves on a fast and transparent workflow. Generally, you can expect the following timeline: First Draft: You’ll receive a preview for review within 24–36 hours of your request. Final Delivery: Once you’ve approved the draft or requested minor tweaks, we typically deliver the final files within 12–24 hours. Most projects are fully completed within 2–3 business days. After we review your specific brief, we’ll provide a custom timeline so you know exactly when to expect your assets.

What payment methods do you accept?

We aim to make the process as smooth as possible! We currently accept: Card Payments: Securely processed via the OnePay Gateway (supports Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX). Bank Transfers: Direct transfers are available upon request. Flexible Payment Terms: New Clients: For our first project together, you have the choice of paying in full upfront or a 50% deposit to start, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery. Long-term Partners: Once we’ve established a working relationship, we offer more flexible billing, including full upfront payments or custom contract terms to suit your workflow.

Do you offer revisions and a design guarantee?

Absolutely. Our process is built on collaboration to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the outcome: The Revision Process: We send a first-draft preview specifically to gather your feedback. Once we receive your notes, we’ll polish the details and deliver a perfected final version. To stay on schedule, revisions should focus on refining the initial concept rather than starting a completely new design from scratch.
